"Fantastique location, brilliant staff, very clean! There was a small issue with my room but the staff were so good and quick to sort it. The bar and breakfast are good. It was a shame the rooftop balcony was shut."

"My room was very clean, bright and suprisingly spacious, especially the bathroom. The 4pm check in was a bit late for me though. Also I think there should be something to help push the water towards the drain after a shower."

"Just a short walk from the train station and relatively easy to find. Staff were excellent at welcoming us. The hotel is in a good location, central and easy to access everything. We were even able to walk to Loyly sauna despite there being ice on the pavements. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was of a good quality with good variety. Would definitely stay here again. "
