“Stayed here for two nights,place is nice and clean,staffs are very friendly. Only problem is they don’t provide you free WiFi like other hotels, I been charged $9.95 for internet service which is I tried to sign up but wasn’t able to and never used”

“I’ve been looking for a hotel we can stay on my business trip in St. Charles. I think this is going to be the one. The location is great. The bed is comfortable. ”

“This property was very clean everywhere. Beds were comfortable room was large. Great atmosphere in this hotel. Breakfast was included and provided plenty of options. Definitely would pick this hotel again.”

“Room we received had ceiling leak and moldy smell. Bed was awfully uncomfortable and bathroom shower was dirty. Curtains were torn and dirty. Very disappointed and would not ever stay here again.”

“Pro: The room was spacious and clean. I love the fact that we had a microwave and fridge in the room. The bed was super comfy as well. Con: On several occasions we hard a dog barking and people talking in the hall. We had the breakfast buffet and it was NOT worth it for the money you pay. It was almost $30.00 for two of us. I get a better free continental breakfast at other hotels. ”

“The Casino was excellent.THe hotel stay is another story. WE arrived at 3;30 pm on 7-3 at the front desk they said that if I wanted early check in for a $10 fee. And we said no we will be back at 4 check in time. We proceded to walk thru the Casino and we were impressed on how spacy the Casino was. We went to check in and than went to our room #227. We left our belongings and went to the Casino. We returned to our room at 2 am and we wanted to wash up before going to bed. THe faucet was……

“The bed was very comfortable and the room was okay - at least I felt safe. However, checking in was awkward because I arrived 20 minutes before check-in time and was told by someone at a kiosk that they needed to see if the room was ready and would call me. So I had to sit in my car and they never called me. So I had to go back in and find out. Normally, hotels will let you check-in a little early, since most people check out early too. There were no table lamps, so I had to get out of……

“The hotel was good, but it was farther from our place than we expected, so we decided to leave one day early. We asked the hotel if they could adjust our stay, but since the booking was made through Expedia, they said they couldn't make any changes. We checked out one day earlier than our original reservation. We visited from Canada”
