The desk clerk was very slow very hard to understand and not the most friendly person . It took 10 minutes to check in and I prepayed . He was at least working on cleaning the kitchen area when we got there .

Hotel was near where we needed to be.

Pros: It's convenient location to where we needed to work.
Cons: Breakfast and carpet in room.
Location: Not a lot in that area but was convenient for us to what we needed to do.
First night was a little noisy as someone had their TV on really loud all night long. Other two nights were quiet and we were able to get a good nights sleep.

The Hills Have Eyes! Panic and Run!

Ever see the movie The Hill Have Eyes? Yeah, enough said! The place creeped the heck out of us and the staff were beyond bizarre! It was like we were in a scary movie the entire time! The bathroom was the size of a kitchen cabinet and the TV was about the only decent thing in the whole room!

Convenience at a great price.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was adequate. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Pros: Convenience, helpful, friendly staff
Cons: Communication ORBITZ to hotel
The stay was fine-- checking in was a NIGHTMARE--the hotel didn't have record of our reservation. The clerk called ORBITZ and was on the phone with them for over 50 minutes before he could get the proper authorization- even though we had a printed copy of our transaction. Also, I talked with the ORBITZ agent and was assured that our reservation was firm and "to go ahead and check in". The Orbitz agent in talking with the hotel clerk had to put him on hold several times to take this to a "higher level"!!!

Close to the highway and lots of restaurants.

Everything about this hotel was good except the bed. The bed was awful. Neither my husband or myself got good rest, because the bed was rock hard. I don't mind a firm bed, but this actually caused pain if you rolled onto your side.
