Good place for a quick overnight stay but in need of updating. Our shower old rain was broke and there was hair in the sink when we checked in. Some blue dots / spots on the sheets. I would t stay here for an extended amount of time.

Pretty standard older hotel that is very acceptable. Staff seemed pretty good and helpful but some facilities are a bit “weathered”. Location and costs where appropriate and would stay again in future despite some initial concerns of the area.

Bedsheet was not clean. The room had an awful smell. The TV didn't work. We checked out a day early but I doubt they will refund the second day even though they said they would with a $12-13 fee, which is fine with me.

Nice enough, no problems
Check in was good, room was good, breakfast was delicious! Our room was on the side that had a lot of outside activity, (near restaurants and shopping)and we could hear a guy screaming and acting belligerent outside our window.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating..The breakfast was good. The room was adequate. The room smelled like old cheeseburger. The edges of the carpet and corners were not vacummed and there was a lot of dirt. The lamps were dusty. Theroom door looked like it had been repaired by an amateur do it your selfer. The door did not sit square in the door frame.

I stayed at the hotel recently, and despite its high reviews, I found it fell short of expectations. The cleanliness was subpar, with noticeable issues like cracked paint, dirt, and caked-up paint in various areas. While it appeared to have undergone renovations at some point, the overall look was still dated. The elevator, in particular, wasn't as clean as one would hope. A thorough renovation might be necessary to bring the hotel up to the standard suggested by its reviews. I don’t feel the stay was worth $100.

Don't believe the negative reviews.
We booked this hotel, even though some of the comments weren't that good. I'm glad I didn't believe them. Our room was nice, big, comfortable and clean. Great water pressure, the hot water came on immediately. The bed was high off the floor, but it didn't matter. I slept like a baby! They have the softest sheets ever! The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was so-so. I made instant oatmeal, but the hot water went cold fast...more like luke-warm. Eggs were the same. But the variety they have is good. I'm also a hot chocolate and coffee drinker and they had both. All in all...loved the hotel. Good trip!

The property is in a location where there is a lot of people on the street fue to be close to a shopping mall. A lot of people sleeping on the street in the surrounding area that dud not make us feel safe, specially leaving my car outside. The staff was helpful and they attended our needs well. The room smell but I think they turn the AC off and the musty smell is on the carpet since it is not well ventilated.

The staff is really friendly and I like the location. The sheets were pilling tho and seemed old, the shower curtain rod and other fixtures in the bathroom were rusting and needed replacing. Also there was mold that didn’t look like it was cleaned that well on the bathroom roofing. I think the rooms just really need updating.

The place was run down. The staff was super nice. The breakfast was probably the smallest I've ever had at a comfort inn. It was ok just not as many options as other hotels.

Nice place to stay. Bathtub was older and had rust spots. Breakfast was fantastic! Hot food - eggs, sausage, links, biscuits and gravy, plus cereal, breads and bagels, lots to choose from

Overall not impressed. Wasn’t the cleanest. Wasn’t given the room we paid for. After addressing issue they moved us. They put blame on third party but it clearly stated a suite, not a standard room. Wasn’t in the most convenient of places. Was very loud. Another room was playing loud music. During breakfast a call girl approached an older gentleman and he stated he was happily married. She said her boyfriend was upstairs doing (explicit details) with another woman. She was very paranoid and seemed to be under the influence. It was an uncomfortable situation. The woman preparing the breakfast was the most pleasant experience during the stay, very kind and welcoming.

Very clean. I got upset that on Labor Day the manager shut down the pool and it was 93 degrees. I thought the pool should have stayed open at least on that day. Maybe close it the day after. But I think as long as it is in the 90’s that the hotel should leave the pool open. I think you would have more people stay there.
