Nice hotel for the price.

Pros: Nice for the price. Hot breakfast included! Free internet!!!
Cons: We would there during an ice/snow storm. The walks could be shoveled, the parking area and driveway plowed, and salt put down to melt the ice.Slippery
Location: IHop within walking distance. Shopping center within walking distance.
Great staff!!! Very friendly!!! Rooms were find for our needs. We would stay again!!!

Nice hotel for the price but don't count on WiFi

Pros: The friendly staff, the comfortable room, the fact that overall it is a nice hotel for the value.
Cons: The biggest problem is the non-existent WiFi, I'd also like vending machines.
Location: It is across the street from an IHOP and a steak house. A short drive away is a strip mall with department stores. Carolina Mall is also close.
This was my first stay at this hotel. I visit North Carolina every year and usually stay at a slightly cheaper hotel but not nearly as nice. I spent just a bit more this year to stay at a nicer place and don't regret it. I plan to visit again. I stayed for 5 days. The lobby staff were always friendly, the cleaning staff always showed up at a consistent time and did a good job of cleaning. The room looked nicer than I expected and it had decent furniture and a comfortable bed. It had a fully working TV, microwave, and refrigerator which made my stay comfortable. The room was a bit run-down and wore in places (needed new paint, cracks here and there), the bathroom facilities in particular looked worn. But I'm not too picky and it didn't bother me much. My biggest complaint is that the WiFi was practically non-existent. For me that's important because I have to stay in-contact with home and work. While they did provide free WiFi, it was either too weak to connect or would drop constantly. This was on my phone, my tablet, and my daughter's laptop. They need better coverage. They did provide an RJ45/Cat5 LAN cable to plug in my daughter's laptop, but that connection didn't work either. I had to max out my phone's data as a result. I also wish that they had vending machines for sodas and snacks. They do have food in the lobby that you pay for at the front desk which was very expensive. I wish I could have just bought a cheap can of soda or candy bar at times.

Hotel was clean & decent. Wish we had known that parking lot was shared with Salvation Army store. Location was not the best

Nettes Hotel in Concord; nahe der Autobahn und doch ruhig gelegen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Fernseher im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert (allerdings wurde mir sofort ein anderes Zimmer angeboten). Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Sichere Umgebung.

Extended stay for relative visitation

Cleanliness and Staff appearance and treatment was totally first class. Upon arrival we requested a disabled room and was provided with what they stated was for disabled guests. The only thing that made it disabled was a button for entrance rather than having to use a card. There was no roll in shower. The toilet was not raised as we have experienced in other hotels. There were no railings to assist getting in and our of the shower tub. The beds were about 3 and a half to 4 feet high. We had to get a stool for my wife and it was still very hard to deal with. There were only two drawers in the room as the other 4 drawers were pulled out and they installed a refrigerator and microwave. Those were nice items to have but they very easily could have been placed elsewhere and we still would have had the drawer space. We worked out of our suitcases off of the other Queen bed. The Queen beds were not as wide as ours at home. The sitting chair had two broken legs on one side so it tilted a little. Room 418, forgot to tell them. The room wifi was difficult to obtain and had to get assistance from a number provided (they were excellent). There was no laundry service and we had to spend a morning at a laundermat. The location was excellent for our purposes of visiting in different directions. There was excellent access to a lot of different eateries. Services were excellent and every area was clean. The free breakfast was well stocked and a lot of different options were available and it was properly serviced with friendly attendants. Computer and printer services were nice and functional. If you were not disabled, it would probably an excellent destination. A small bit of laundry service would be an excellent addition and I could see where it could be provided in several locations. Thank you for your service. I thought the price point could be 10 to 20 dollars cheaper per night but was acceptable.
