“The hotel was very clean, good breakfast. Loved the 24hour coffee. Wish they had a 24 cold water station. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was out of order. Overall great hotel.”

“I’d recommend requesting top floor, any others are gonna be SUPER loud! Our entire trip we could hear every moment of those above us and the tv from room next door. Booked specifically for proximity to our event, for breakfast and also for laundry facility which was out of order (traveling with smelly sports uniforms is not ideal). Would only recommend for location to events, otherwise this was really a disappointing stay. Staff however was great!”

“The main reason we stayed at this hotel was it was right next to Sporting KC stadium. However, the room was humid and made the beds wet and there was nothing we could do to take the wet out of the bed. Also, the door wouldn't close all the way so you had to close it yourself. I wouldn't plain on staying at this hotel again.”
