The American Reserve restaurant was amazing! On Sunday morning the maid on the 6th floor was knocking on doors to clean the rooms a little to early way before check out, which disturbed our sleep and it seemed a few other guests as well. Be better if it occurs after check out time.

We were disappointed to see trash in the restaurant women's bathroom flowing over at 9:00 time of opening. We waited 10 -15 min after restaurant opened for a server or bartender or anyone, had to go ask at the desk. We were given warm water while waiting for the server. Lots of issues getting our bill printed at the restaurant. Our experience at the bar the evening before was great, Ish is amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lonnie's Reno club. For the price per night, we expected better cleanliness and breakfast service. Overall it was good, we did however expect great to fabulous.

Convenience of location was very important!
The Ambassador Hotel was very convenient for us, given the limited time we had from arrival to the start of an event close by. Although it was VERY expensive, it was clean and the service was good. Two negatives for what we paid were that breakfast was NOT included and there was no convenient free parking near the hotel. The convenience to get to the nearby event a short time after arriving at the hotel made the price somewhat bearable. Normally we would not pay so much for one night.
