I wanted a smoking room.

Parking was a pain.security was rude. When I ask where to park. I did not get a smoking room.. an house keeping was at my door at eight am. Asking if I was checking out. Then had the nerve to tell me to put up the resting sign. Was not worth the money.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Bed stained. Room cleaned every other day. Smells of smoke. Walked in on housekeeping staff taking money from our room. Terrible hotel.

Nice hotel, quiet Casino was ok, good atmosphere smoke was not overwhelming like most casinos.

Pros: modern, clean and a good price for the atmosphere.
Excellent casino and hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms, beautiful building and atmosphere. Really enjoyed staying here and will return next visit to Kansas City.

Bad smell in room

Cons: Rooms need to be reconditioned. Especially the mattresses and capreting
Location: Casino was nice! Good food in the buffet!
My husband and I spent the night in a deluxe room with 2 queen beds. The beds were sunken in the middle and the carpet was still wet from recently being cleaned. The room smelled very heavy of cleaning supplies. I was going to use the safe until I noticed that it had been ripped off the shelf and never bolted back down. The staff was nice enough but we were very disappointed. Rooms were very outdated and smelled very bad.

Came for a concert.

I came to see a concert. I was met at the door with someone to take the car and someone to help with baggage. I accidentally gave the guy a $50 tip mixed in with the other bills. When he discovered that he came to find us and return it. For which I tipped him $10. He was very helpful and became sort of a personal guide. Great weekend

Just convenient

Best part of the room was the bathroom sink area. Tub was dirty. There was so much dust on the baseboards. The attention to detail for cleanliness definitely doesn't happen. Wasn't worth the price paid.
