Clean and simple. Everything you needed if you were to stay for a while. We were only one night. So I enjoyed a cup of coffee and that was the most I used of the place.

We had a great time at the front desk grand in downtown Kansas City! The location was awesome. The apartment was very nice. Only problem is that you have to have a key fob to get almost everywhere in the building and you only get one fab. That was a struggle because we couldn't go our separate ways without having to meet up at some point to get back in. That was very inconvenient. The building had a pool, a pool table, a golf simulator and dart board. Which we did not know about until we got there. It would be nice to have that in the description so you can plan ahead for pool towels etc. you did have to park in the parking garage which people complained about but it really wasn't a big deal. $12 a day for parking was not much in my opinion. Regardless I would definitely stay there again! The host of the apartment was fabulous! They checked in with us to make sure things were going well and were always available if needed!

Beautiful property, very clean, washer dryer, fitness center, even a free coffee center downstairs. Seriously, everything you need. A walkable location, some sketchy characters out and about, but you are downtown. Building is very quiet though with keyed doors and elevators. We always felt safe. Would return to this property if we were to ever come back.

We had a problem with inconsistent hot water and a dirty floor on the first night. Ashely at Frontdesk kindly followed up and resolved the issues the next day. Afterward, we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much!
