Our stay was fine. The staff was very friendly and there was almost always someone available. For the price, a breakfast would have been nice. My stay was uneventful, which is a good thing. The beds were comfortable and clean. Water pressure in the shower is fairly low, but workable. I really liked how they treated our pets. Very friendly place.

The property was decent for a one night stay. It's definitely more of a motel than a hotel. The quality of the furniture was low but clean. There is a big pothole on the side of the building when you are driving to the back parking lot, there were no safety barriers and could have easily been missed in the dark.
I greatly enjoyed the cleanliness, appliances new and in good working condition, the gym, free laundromat to wash and dry clothes. The staff was accommodating.

We paid extra for a standard room and they gave us a studio. The chair was broken, it was hot and dirty

Liked having a suite with a separate bedroom. Very convenient to go to Kansas Speedway.
Didn't like that the bedroom did not cool off like the main room. Seems to be not enough ventilation into the bedroom.

our first room was very dirty, so we changed rooms immediately. The second room was not that much better. The air conditioner leaked so badly that our carpet was soaking wet. I had a very odd mildewy smell as well.
We had a great experience! I can’t remember the last time I slept so well in a hotel! Thank you

Loved having a kitchenette in the room! Only downfall we experienced was the slowness of the internet server. After checking with the front desk regarding this issue, I was told the internet could be slow at Tim’s due to multi hotels using the same server.

We unlocked our room only to find that it was already occupied. When we went down to confront the front desk they only said “yea. We knew we double booked, we just couldn’t remember which room it was”. I had two rooms booked in the same name and our party ended up two floors apart. The floors were sticky and disgusting and the hallways smelled like sewage. Will never stay here again!

Wrong room.
I reserved a 1 bedroom suite with a queen bed and a separate living area with pullout couch. I got a double bed room. There was a dirty towel hanging in the bath room. They quickly resolved the towel situation. They told me there were no suites available and that their records did not indicate a 1 begroom suite was booked. Not happy.

The smoke detector starting beeping at 3:30 and didn't stop until 5:30am. We had to be up at 6:30, so we didn't call the front desk as we assumed it would take a long time to get someone up there or move us to another room.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
This is a "no frills" hotel and I was looking for a few more "frills," like free breakfast and towels for the right number of people we had in the suite. We used the pullout sofa and had to request pillows, sheets, a coverlet, etc.

The room is a bit outdated. We had a mugging incident in the parking lot. Not terrible experience but will pick a different location next time.
