I did not stay. They took my money and did not give me a room because i did not have 100 cash for a deposit after they took my money off the card for the room. Also they would not take the card i used to book the room for the deposit. They wanted cash. I am in the process of getting a refund from Expedia. Will never stay here every.

The pool is out of order. The ceiling in the bathroom all of a sudden at 3am down poured water from upstair running the shower or tub. There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The curtains were very filthy in the room. The refrigerator hadn't been defrosted in a very very long time. It also smells terrible. We were just notified by another family in our group that they received a message about bed bugs. GROSS!!!! Do your self a favor and go to the Hampton instead!!

I would give all fives and I do go there several times a year. I don’t know if they got new mattresses or if just that room. (I love/loved their mattresses) BUt Omgosh it was a horrible experience sleeping. The most uncomfortable!!! Maybe they were waiting on a new one and this was there until the new came. I highly doubt it but I’m trying to think positive lol I’ve always had the greatest service it’s clean. I do love it there and Huckle back but if I have that experience again, I will have to start finding a different one, that makes me sad.

We checked in on NYE weekend due to plumbing issues in our home and not being able to use the water. The elevator was out, the vending machines take your money and then tell you everything is sold out and you can’t get your money back. The property is not taken care of and it’s obvious from the patched holes in the walls to the out of order laundry and elevator. The peep hole in our room was too small for the hole. The drawers in the room would not close. The towels were dingy/yellow color. Our room did not get cleaned one day even after we left. Also we had to go to front desk more than once to get our keys coded to open the doors again because they didn’t work. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

My family was discriminated against from the moment we got there. Hotel workers were blatantly rude, refused service to my elderly disabled grandmother and tried to ask us to leave a day prior to our reservation ending for no absolute reason other than it being “an accident.” I will NEVER stay at this hotel again and I encourage others not to as well. If you can’t pass a paper bag test I wouldn’t even try it.

SHORT TRIP TO watch gramdsons sporting event. nicely greated by Jamie behind the desk, room appeared freshlypainted and clean. plenty of room in king suite. there were high school kids staying down the hall, but must be plenty of soundproofing. They did not distrb my sleep. slept comfortbly and stay was uneventful. I felt this was a good choice will stay again.

The hotel smelled wonderful when walking in. Very clean feeling. The room itself also smelled fresh & clean. Very nice. Most hotel rooms have a musty smell. Bit this one staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk clerk face timing on speaker phone behind desk and in dining room at breakfast. Toilet squealed when flushed. Tub drained extremely slowly. All draws in room did not stay closed...even had tape on one drawer which was ineffective. Room was nice and clean and most staff was pleasant and breakfast was good.
