You have to pay $12 for parking. You are already paying to stay there- but you also have to pay an additional fee to park!? Ridiculous. Hotel is under construction (as of March 2020) so it’s a mess. We entered room 228 and there were someone else’s damp towels hanging from the bathroom door. We tried to call the front desk to tell them about it and... the phone didn’t work!! Went to the front desk ourselves to complain and they gave us $20 off of our room bill. Took the kids to the indoor pool next... water was cold!!! Health Permit posted on the wall expired Dec 31 2019. Went back upstairs, showered, tried to blow dry hair... blow dryer didn’t work!! At this point we went to the front desk and got our entire room refunded. Breakfast the next day was actually decent - best part of the whole stay. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, potatoes, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juices and coffee.

The property was under renovation, and we weren't apprised of that when booking. We had a ground floor room next to the main entrance, so it was pretty noisy. The family enjoyed the small pool and the free breakfast was tasty and generous. Rooms were nice at this price point, but housekeeping missed a few things and the alarm clock was broken.

Very noisy walls and ceiling. Hard time sleeping because of other people. Beds not very comfortable.
