The rooms were very clean; staff was great we even spoke with the General Manager. We will stay there again if we are in the area.

Nice hotel for a quick couple day stay

The hotel was in great shape especially for an older building (low ceilings in the hall). It's obviously been renovated. The bathtubs could use some work but other than that the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was awesome! So comfortable. The hotel also had made to order omelets this morning and a two hour managers reception in the evening with two free glasses or wine beer or champagne per guest. A couple of the staff members weren't the friendliest but eh, that's ok since there were no hiccups and everything was as expected.

Great sleep!

Pros: location
Location: Tons of great shopping and restaurants nearby.
I travel A LOT for work and I have stayed in a lot of hotels (on my own dime) and this place is GREAT! Not only was this is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in - quiet, dark, nice bed, no annoying noises - but it was also the friendliest. Nice clerks, nice maids, nice bartender (free drinks by the way) and nice cook at breakfast. They really get it. And did I mention the value - absolutely no add ons! Parking was free, drinks - free, breakfast - free, Wi-Fi - FREE, shuttle - free. I'll be back for sure.

Excellent location! I loved the breakfast. Not your typical heat and serve offerings. Fresh made omelet just how I want it! Free drinks in the evening was nice too.

Pros: The free drinks, breakfast, there is even a free shuttle that took me to dinner!
Cons: Make every other hotel I stay in like this one.
Location: Lots of restaurants nearby. I heard that they just opened iFly right down the road. Next time I am in town, I will have to give them a try.
Walking into the hotel, I was greeted by the front desk with smiles all around!!! The room was very nice and what a comfortable bed! I loved the free drinks at night and the omelets in the morning. That is the best way to start the day. The free wifi was fast! I was able to work without any hiccups.

Pros: Lobby lounge/free drinks and breakfast omelet
Location: Great location---435 and Metcalf
Stayed here about a year ago and since then new owners and renovation. Check in went smooth, lobby bar was very nice (free wine/bar). Rooms seemly new...bed was fine. Omelet station at breakfast was fantastic touch. WI-fi was very fast and didnt drop. I was told they offer free shuttle service but didnt use it.

Great location

Pros: Trendy interior, good omelette
Cons: Have syrup for waffles, out....
Location: Near lots of shopping close by and next to freeway
Got in late so didn't use any facilities. 2 beds were a bit too close together, hard to both walk to night stand. Slept good.

Gentleman running front desk was rude and stunk of bad odor, elevator was slow and scarey, took 15 minutes for one floor, house keeping knocking on door at 9am ? Check out was noon.

Dirty room.

Stool didnt flush upon arrival. Sink had no hot water. Room was dirty , had things on floor and hair everywhere.

I am sorry that you had these issues when you arrived. I will address these with our Housekeeping staff to make sure that this was an oversight and not an on-going issue. I will make sure that our Engineering staff inspects all facilities to assure that everything is in working order. I do hope that you will consider us in the future to verify that we do take these responses seriously, and provide the best available stays for our guests.
