Overall the hotel was fine. My only complaint would be the paper thin walls. We could hear the conversations of the people in the room next to us who were talking at a normal volume.

Checked multiple times about online and called about restaurant on the holiday's. Specifically booked here for availability to eat. Even upon check in. Carried our stuff upstairs and come back down to the kitchen closed up. Now Im sitting in an Applebees with my hungry kids waiting on food after I drove around for an hour trying to find a place open on Christmas. Very very disappointed.

Alarm clock went off in the room next door in the middle of the night... for 30 minutes I tried to call down to the front desk, but my calls went unanswered. I had to find the phone number for the hotel and call from my cell in order to get someone to address the issue... so beware if you are a late arrival... you may not have front desk service! When I shared this with the front desk the next morning, they didn't seem to think it overly concerning... or offer compensation because of the disruption of our sleep. I was up most of the night after that incident. Unfortunately it was not a pleasant stay.

The best part about this hotel is the breakfast bar - it has eggs, sausage, waffles and biscuit with gravy! Unfortunately our room was right next to the ice machine so it was loud every morning. But the room itself is clean and fine. The bathroom is incredibly small fyi. Staff is very friendly.
