Test strips in the Hide a Bed

We had to switch rooms because the first room's hide a bed had used diabetic test strips's on the mattress and multiple crumbs and dirt. When we went to our second room it was filled with a heavy smoke smell and that couch also had crumbs on the mattress that had not been cleaned out. They did give us two free breakfasts is to show us their apology. They cannot credit us since we paid through Expedia.

Well located in southern suburbs

Pros: Comfortable beds, pillows, quality furnishings, quiet.
Cons: Perhaps more staffing in restaurant in the morning (the staff worked hard and was friendly). Wish always on fan on climate control was available.
Location: A little hard to find but convenient to 435 and southern suburbs. Major shopping about six miles away.
We were attending a family function over the Memorial weekend. Large contingent of softball teams for some local tournament caused a morning crush on the restaurant for which the hotel was not prepared. Other than that, the usual consistent Courtyard experience.

Great Hotel and quiet

I was only a few rooms from the pool and did not hear the noise at all or the kids in the hall going to elevator. Love this hotel.

Yelling kids, slamming doors, at all hours of the night. And a hotel staff that said they would take of it, but did NOTHING.

Nothing wrong with the hotel, only wish it was a little closer to some restaurants, even though they are only a few miles away.

Great for a business trip

Pros: Comfortable beds, clean
I have no complaints about my stay. Very clean, nice bistro, friendly staff. I was in town for business. The hotel is very close to the interstate which made it easy to get to my destinations.
