Yelling kids, slamming doors, at all hours of the night. And a hotel staff that said they would take of it, but did NOTHING.

Thank you for your comment regarding the noise you incurred during your stay. Please accept my deepest apologies for the noise issues, my staff take noise complaints very seriously but sometimes when addressing the issues it does not remedy the issues. Again, my deepest apologies and thank you for your comments as it is only with feedback such as yours that we can only improve our hotel and the services e provide.
