Don't use an air bed, get a roll out

After confirming through Expedia that I wouldn't have 2 beds, they over sold and didn't have 2 bed em available. They offered an air bed, stating it's more comfortable than the roll out. We took it, it deflated through out the night and had to be refilled several times in il we just gave up. The next night they assured us the bed would hold air. It did not. At checkout, the manager told me to never use the air beds, that they always leak. Too little too late.

Pros: leaving
Cons: read above about experience
Location: it was ok
we checked in were told where to find our room we went to our room and never talked to anybody with the crowne plaza staff again. We laid down turned on the tv and couldn't see it very well my feet were in the way. the tv was on a dresser that was lower than the bed what a joke. I got up to sit on desk chair for better view of tv and that was junk, it was broke and settled down on one side. sleep number bed was not for us either,not comfortable at all. We feel we stuffed in some room that was for expedia customers and we could not get our money back because we were tied to a 3 day rate , it will never happen again

The room was very clean but very dated. For the same price you could be in a much nicer hotel. Lobby and restaurant were great. Rooms need to be remodeled.

Bed deflated, staff rough

Evening staff was rough with face piercings and tattoos. The room featured a sleep number bed at first excited to try as seen on TV, I set it to the settings for comfort and slept, the next day woke up to find the bed had deflated, also the climate control was rattling. Upon asking to change rooms the staff failed to acknowledge the issues and insisted upon inspection by maintenance. Upon discussion of the issue about a maintenance man entering room, the staff backed down and changed rooms. Packing and unpacking was not customer oriented or customer friendly. Problematic rewards earnings because of misspellings and third party booking through expedia.

Location was horrible. The restaurant refused to serve us off the menu because the kitchen was too busy.

The staff was outstanding!

Pros: how kind everyone on the staff was.....
Cons: updating the decor, raising the shower head to accommodate someone 6 feet or taller
Location: Easy access to the highway, shopping and restaurants!
the staff was outstanding! Especially Ramon that served breakfast with a smile and Lisa in the bar at night was lots of fun!
