It said breakfast from 6-9:30 am Breakfast was 3 different cold cereal and milk,and 3 different juices. And tried to get $100.00 cash for the room deposit.

The guy at the front desk was great and professional but the room was kinda dirty and the towels were stained up. When I tried checking out in the morning about 430 no one was at the desk to check me out I rang the bell for about 15 minutes and nothing no one showed up.

The halls were never vacuumed, needed a paint job really bad. Went down for coffee and the Continental breakfast at 8 am , only one muffin no napkins no food. Not coming back

The towels were so dirty as if they had not been washed as well as the sheets! I asked if the room was Ada accessible and they said yes! We got to the room only to find out it was a stand up shower with no bars or anything to help as my girlfriend is an amputee. They didn’t even have handles for safety around the toilet. Also, there was people who were obviously on drugs and doing sketchy stuff all night long in the parking lot. We did not feel safe at all. It also smelled like smoke so bad our belongings snelled like it when we left! We didn’t feel safe at all! We woke up to someone at the door at 3 a.m. with a young child asking if we had anything for sale! I’m pretty sure they were searching for drugs for sale!

The complimentary continental breakfast was a joke, cold cereal, juice and yogurt, no bagels or toast or muffins woth spreads. The whole hotel reeked of marijuana despite being a smoke free facility. The rooms were clean though a bit outdated, like 70s decor. Overall, I was satisfied.

Good Place
A little noisy from the hiway and air coming in around Heater/AC but wasn’t cold in room. Nice and cozy. Definitely recommend this for value. Also indoor pool was out of service

We got there late at night, like 1130pm, and there were a couple of shady folks in the lobby. The front desk clerk was distracted by his phone but greeted us and did his job. The WHOLE lobby smelled of marijuana, as did the hallway upstairs where our room was located. The hotel definitely needs an upgrade, though the rooms were warm and I slept through the night. The "breakfast" the next morning was awful coffee, a juice machine, cold cereal and yogurt. There were vessels for other things like PB, jelly, butter, pastries, bread for toast and even a toaster and microwave but none of those things were provided. We had to ask for spoons for the cereal. I was tired and still had 8 hours of driving ahead of us, so this did what it needed, gave me a warm place to sleep for the night, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Is not like the photos. Beds are awful. Pool wasnt available, bed was uncomfortable, the tv was so old it had lines in the screen like someone bashed it in, i wouldnt stay here if it was free. Smelled terrible. Disgusting hotel. Also the elevator sounded like a lawn mower, after we used it once in was out of order. Nasty filthy. Never again. Dont let the photos fool you

Hotel is ok. Its old and musty. While not a smoking hotel it still has the smell. Its good for the price though. The pool is basically closed.

Going Backwards
Check in was good. Bed was comfortable. No cups to drink from or use when you brush your teeth. No in room coffee maker. Their display of what rhey call breakfast is horrible unless you just want juice, coffee, cereal and toast. Maybe a few small muffins amd some sort of a warm combination breakfast thing. Only stay here because it's convenient for before or after a Chiefs game. They used to have in room coffee maker amd cups.

STAY AWAY!!!
Absolutely horrible!!! Will NEVER go back. They checked us out before 7am even though check out isn’t until 11am. Then they had the balls to argue with me and say “no unless you told us to check you out then you shouldn’t be” the bathroom was DISGUSTING! Clearly didn’t clean the toilet or shower in MONTHS. The hair dryer cord smoked when plugged in, no trash can liners, the carpet was disgusting, nothing had been cleaned at all and the room stunk so bad when we first checked in, had to go buy air fresheners. And there is apparently “reserved” parking but there is no sign saying that. Absolutely horrible experience and their “breakfast” was 3 stale muffins, bread, a dirty toaster, nasty coffee and juice. Also their elevator doesn’t have the certificate stating when it was last inspected either. Horrible owners, horrible experience. DO NOT GO!!!

The lobby stunk of weed. In the 1st room the top blanket was covered in what looked like oil stains. The front desk clerk did switch us to a clean room. There was only 1 towel no wash cloths, the front desk did give us 2 more. He was polite and helpful. When using the stairs to 3rd floor, stairs full of food and just generally look dirty.

Horrible place to stay
The hotel was not what was depicted. There was loud music playing all night. The window wouldn't lock so anyone could get in as room was on ground floor. The pool was closed. Looks like they are in the middle of redoing things smelled of fresh paint. People are living in the hotel. The bathroom repairs were not done correctly things not mounted right. I was afraid that the shower door was going to fall off when showering. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst hotel I have ever been to. Tried to add photos but was unable to.

The shower was terrible. No pressure or hot water. There was a fight at 2 am with a guy and girl. Police were called. Very disturbing. Very noisy as it’s close to interstate. Wouldn’t stay again.

This hotel is old and run down. I doubt the carpeting in the stairways has been vacuumed any time recently. Shower was awful; at least there was hot water. I prayed the sheets were really clean. It is very close to highway and very noisy. Would never stay here again.

When we walked into the hotel we were welcomed with a strong aroma of marijuanna. It was clear the worker was smoking it in the check in area (smoke free hotel). The room was not clean, dead bug in the bathroom, stuff in sink and on toilet, mold in shower.

The room was filthy dirty and the bed was not made appropriately, the men working there were having a gay fight and didn’t have time to get a spoon for my coffee, and the breakfast was a joke, I will never stay here again, I got bit by something in the room and my arm is swollen twice it’s size.

Wife sent complaint to customer service. We did not stay and went to different motel and i expect a full refund. Sheets were wrinkly and spotted. Even toilet seat was dirty. Mattresse pad was torn and lumpy. Hallways needed vacuuming. Place was terrible so we left.

Less than pleasing.
It was a very small room. Carpets looked filthy and had a funny smell. The breakfast that was advertised was great if you were a todddler. Aside from the drunk gentlemen that we followed down the hallway and car alrms going off all night, the stay was fine. I don’t think I'd recommend it.
