The noise from the floor above was very enoying. Other then that it's a good hotel if you just need a place for sleeping

Night staff is great

We got in late and they kept the pool open until 11pm so my son and I could swim. After a long day of traveling with a toddler it was great to let him work off some energy!

Cheap hotel not very nicebut clean and nice room.

Pros: The room and bed was nice
Cons: Lobby and hallways
Location: Near the airport and a hop to the cinema and restaurants
You get what you pay for but the room was nicer than the lobby.

Wrong price

The amount I was being charged at check in was more than the amount on the itinerary that I received.

Stay away!

TV was broken, AC/heat also broken, no staff at desk to come fix it.. no one answers the phone if you call. Both beds were sagging where people sleep and the linens were really scratchy. You could hear everything, people walking around at 2 am on the floor above, every time the person next to us turned and caused the headboard to move it made a loud bang on the wall. Gross smell in the hallway and in the room, can't quite describe the stench, like a mix of very strong days old bo and a really filthy nursing home, walking through the hall made me feel like I was going to vomit. The breakfast was pretty much nonexistent. Overall, it was an extremely uncomfortable and gross place to stay, we got there around 8-9 and were exhausted so tried to just get some sleep, by 6 am we had had enough, found a better hotel and checked out at 7am. Never again.

unfriendly staff, not even a smile, place smelled

Pros: nothing, should of paid $10 more to get in a nice place
Cons: everything
Location: close to airport...that's it
I won't stay here again! The staff could barely say hello at check in or give a thank you at check out. Poor customer service all the way around.

Worst stay ever

Pros: The bed was comfortable in spite of everything else.
Noisy, paper thin walls. Told front desk but nothing changed. Had to be up early to go to airport. Should have just came from home. Not the cleanest place either.

Cheap Rooms

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel the week of 3/13/17, and I feel compelled to let others know the issues we ran into. First off, the front desk staff aren't exactly welcoming or friendly. Not rude, just not bubbly or friendly when you're walking by. Secondly, the breakfast was disappointing. No protein options, stale bread, and the area is kept messy all day, crumbs and wrappers all over the place. My biggest issue was this: the people who run the hotel live in the suites on the third floor. Our room was on the second floor, and every night we had to deal with loud talking, heavy (I'm talking a herd of elephants) footsteps, jumping, and doors slamming until 1am or later. Finally on our third night I called the front desk to let them know we were unable to sleep with all the commotion upstairs, and they said they'd take care of it. While the noise level was brought down a bit, we still had a difficult time staying asleep. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay, I suppose it's not a bad place to go to. It could use some major updates, and the hallways smell similar to B.O. Overall a disappointing experience for us, and we would not stay again.

The one night we stayed it was hard to sleep because we could hear kids running down the hallway and screaming and crying half the night.
