My experience was very nice. I love the buffet style Breakfast it was very helpful and considerate during these times. I will say that being on the second floor I heard a lot of stomping and running around upstairs and it sometimes made it seem like someone was at the door. I also feel that there should be a time limit and limit on the mount of people that are in the pool room itself. I wasn’t able to swim with my four year old daughter because kids kept jumping and splashing her in the pool and I just didn’t feel safe because of the amount of people that were in there. I called front desk about it unsure if they went to supervise down there or make sure people weren’t jumping in pool. The pool is already small so 30 people in there during Covid is ridiculous. Also I noticed a lot of people not wearing masks throughout hotel. Which also disturbed me. Reinforcements should be made more clearly and different procedures should be in place to keep everyone safe and maybe hand sanitizer solutions on elevators or wipes.
