great for airport service

they were great. They let me leave my car there and then took and picked me up at the airport.

Hotel near airport - terrible WiFi

Pros: proximity to airport. Safe area. Large room with kitchenette & workspace.
Cons: Hi-speed wifi. HD TV. A better breakfast. Packaged goods are not acceptable. Attention to detail by cleaning staff. Control animal behaviour.
Location: airport. food/shopping is about a 5 minute drive.
Room was decent enough, but WiFi/Internet was terrible. Less than 1 Mbps - I connected to my cell phone & got 20 Mbps. You can upgrade to a faster service ... but even that was substandard. And when you offer 'FREE Wifi' I'm not expecting to pay extra for proper service. It seems this hotel attempts to try and "check all the boxes" ... complimentary breakfast (very poor), wifi (unacceptable). Lack of HDTV hurts them too. This hotel needs to improve before I'd stay there again. The toilet was not clean when I arrived. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN. Someone brought a dog in that started barking incessantly before 6:00 am. I don't have an issue with pets/dogs but they must be under control. Unacceptable.

Clean hotel, Friendly staff provided a quick check in experience. Hotel rooms were recently remodel. The exterior was being painted during my visit.

I was in Miami and my son stuck at the KC airport with the ice storm situation. I called and they accommodated him right away. Uber was only $7 to hotel so not having a shuttle at late night arrival is not a big deal at all!

Convenient to KC airport

Pros: convenience & speed of shuttle to & from--when you want to get home, it's nice to not have to wait. The "grab & go" breakfast worked well for us.
We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Since we drive 3 hours to fly out of KC, we often spend the night, leave our car & shuttle over. This worked really well, so close & accommodating.

Affordable hotel just minutes from the airport

Pros: The location and price
Location: It is not within easy walking distance of any attractions. A car is recommended
It is in the same area as many higher priced hotels, all just 7 minutes from the airport. Check in was fast and easy.

Clean hotel

The only bad thing in this hotel was the heat. I was freezing that night while I'm sleeping because the heat was not working. Everything else was excellent.
