Hotel near airport - terrible WiFi

Room was decent enough, but WiFi/Internet was terrible. Less than 1 Mbps - I connected to my cell phone & got 20 Mbps. You can upgrade to a faster service ... but even that was substandard. And when you offer 'FREE Wifi' I'm not expecting to pay extra for proper service. It seems this hotel attempts to try and "check all the boxes" ... complimentary breakfast (very poor), wifi (unacceptable). Lack of HDTV hurts them too. This hotel needs to improve before I'd stay there again. The toilet was not clean when I arrived. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN. Someone brought a dog in that started barking incessantly before 6:00 am. I don't have an issue with pets/dogs but they must be under control. Unacceptable.
