Right away was greeted and the front desk hostess let us know what was around. She checked us in. The room was just what we needed. We will be coming here monthly thanks to the small kitchen area. And its very comfortable.

No I will not stay here again
When we check in got there hubby seen urine on the toilet seat I had to clean it which I was piss elevator don’t work we was on the third floor room 316 I have never been at a hotel we’re elevator took us only on the 1 And 2 work don’t go to third floor had to get someone to help and the toilet didn’t flush told the housekeepers that my toilet wasn’t working came back from a funeral in a still wasn’t working. Had to tell the front desk again there was a nose ring in the drawer, which you could tell it was not clean driving for hours to have to use the stairs to the 3rd floor with luggage is bad 2days a mess

First off this hotel is way over rated on this website, it's ok, not exceptional, or wonderful, or great, just ok. My most recent stay will be my last. First the negative, there's a $100 security deposit for which they hold for five to seven days After you have checked out. Ridiculous! I've stay a 5 star Marriott's and never paid a $100 deposit. Anyway, my recent stay required three room changes, the first room the heat would work for about 10 minutes then it would switch to AC. Next room, no heat at all. Final room, heat works, but now this room had a mattress that was sunken in to the curve of someone who must have weighed 300 pounds, very uncomfortable, had to sleep on the opposite side of the bed towards the window. Do yourself a favor, spend an extra $20 bucks and get a better quality hotel. Also breakfast is a joke.

It seem to have a clean appearance when I entered the lobby but when I got to my room it wasn't as clean as I would've liked. Every single door knob was dirty and smeared as if they had not been cleaned in a long time. Then I found out after checking in that there would be no water from 9am to 2pm everyday. I guess because of that there was also no breakfast available. That was the reason that I chose this hotel. I was very disappointed.

Staff was really the highlight of the stay. They were warm and accommodating. The stove tops do NOT get warm as much as most do. However, it was good to have a kitchen for my bodybuilding meals.

Comfortable and quiet
Our stay was quiet and comfortable, beds and pillows were fine, hotel is a little dated but under renovation. Service was pleasant, we did not like having to put up a $100 (hopefully) refundable deposit but this seems to be appearing more often. No breakfast, just coffee and granola bars

Everything was great besides needing the fold out bed and the mattress was stained and disgusting. There was also hairs and unrelenting filth in the drawers of the dressers. Attention to detail on cleaning at an "extended stay" is much needed at this facility. Other than that the staff is great.

The recliner in the room doesn’t function properly. The door into the corridor lacks proper seal as it is a source for unwanted light and noise. The tv lounge/breakfast area needs to be policed during breakfast hour, tables are dirty. Hotel first floor under construction

I didn't know the hotel was under construction when I booked. Just a "grab & go" breakfast of small muffins, granola bars and packaged oatmeal. If you didn't save your coffee cup from breakfast you had no coffee the rest of the day. I loved the size of the shower in my room. No utensils even though the website says there are to prepare meals in your room. The person in the room next to mine had their TV blaring (I heard it clearly when I was in bed) and when I said something about it to the desk person, their comment was "oh- they're hard of hearing but I'll talk to them"- nothing changed. The actual room was nice and the bed was comfortable. People working there were very pleasant

Nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay.
Room was very clean and nice, although we booked a room for 6 and the hide-a-bed definitely did not sleep 2. The hotel is being remodeled, but it didn't negatively affect our experience.

Good Value, but Not Great for Women Traving Alone
Overall it was a good place to stay for the amount of money; however, I would not recommend this hotel for any woman traveling alone. At times I felt unsafe due to the other guests who were primarily men. When entering and exiting the hotel there were several groups of men drinking/hanging out in the parking lot that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. With that said the front desk staff where incredible and once inside my hotel room I was very comfortable and felt safe.

I will not be extending my stay! Upon arriving, we were told there would be an additional $100 deposit. 11:00 pm, too late to change hotels. We were also not told that major construction was in progress. I found nails and wires along the hallway. I was told I requested the first floor which was not true. I believe this was because we booked using Expedia. The furniture was outdated and we had to plug in our lamps and clock. Overall, the room was clean and the staff was great! I’m still waiting for my deposit to be returned.
