Easy access hotel with spacious rooms

I booked my stay here literally as I was pulling up. The other hotel I had intended on staying at was not friendly looking or well kept when I pulled up, so I decided to go someplace else. The price was right for Extended Stay. It's not exactly a Holiday Inn, but it was hassle-free and cheap for a last minute overnight stay.

Nice hotel.

The hotel was close to my daily meetings. There where also gas stations and a couple of fast food restaurants within about 3-4 mins of the hotel. There was also a paner and Starbucks a little farther away but still close. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. I would stay here again!

Too many rat droppings

We checked in late, so we got to experience an obvious drug abuser at the front desk. After first telling us she wouldn't be able to give us a room and us reminder her we already paid through Expedia, she "found" us a room. When we finally got to the room, we found rat droppings in many places around the room. We would have left, but it was 1am on a long trip back home. The hotel needs to be closed...

Truck broken into in parking lot.

I'll never stay in another extended stay again. This isnt hypebole, I mean it. Building, staff and cleanliness were actually fine. Trouble is who you get as neighbors. Laborers, drifters, probably drug dealers, all the usual extended stay crowd. 3am one night, some girl got kicked out of her room by her boyfriend, was ranting and raving and beating on the door for 20 minutes. Lots of noise late at night. I would never, NEVER stay here with my wife and kids. Not a family environment at all. The clincher was having my truck broken into on the last night. Smashed rear door window. My tablet, a ukulele and some valuable artwork I make all gone. No cameras in parking lot, of course. Thieves know this. Funny coincidence the theft happened early morning day I checked out.

Disappointing

Pros: Close to the university
Cons: Smell, employees, water in the bathroom sink, ample supply of linens
Location: Nice location. Close to downtown.
No washcloths in the room. Had to ask 3 times and wait 24 hours to get 2 washcloths because there was a waiting list. No hot water in the bathroom sink(not that it didn't get warm, there was no water when turned to hot). No housekeeping during our stay. Mold in the tub. Bad smell in the room. The clerk who checked us in had rotten teeth and bloody holes in her face. I never want to use the mystery hotel discount again.

Never going back

Our original room was covered in pizza boxes, beverages, and other things. I went back to the desk to get another room and the beds in that room looked they were slept on. It was the worst experience ever. There was only 1 person working and she looked beyond stressed. The hotel was dirty and had a gross smell. The free breakfast was coffee and oatmeal packets.

Just no

I have stayed here before and didn't have a problem buthat this time I was severely disappointed. The shower control was broken. The heating and air system hadn't been cleaned in forever. There was debris on the front of it. The hallways were littered with trash. Never again will I stay here.
