Jacuzzi not working

Hotel stay excellent

Pros: Location and price
Location: Good shopping and dining area...growing area in Northern part of KC
Room was clean, comfortable and met expectations of this company. Also had Excellent breakfast. Would recommend to others.

Room had moldy smell, Room had big spots of ceiling with no texture, my wife killed a large cockroach in bathroom. What spots of the ceiling that was attempted to touch up did not match texture, and was not painted.

Comfortable overall Stay at Fairfield

My granddaughter loved the pool and hot tub. My son loved the work out area. Breakfast was great. The only complaint I have is the bathroom room could have been cleaner plus I did find a bug on the tub which I flushed. The beds slept great, noise level very low, no cigarette smell which was very important due to my granddaughter's allergies. For the amount we paid, I would have liked a larger bathroom but it served its purpose. Do you have any type of rewards program.

Bring ear plugs

Staff was very friendly. However, walls are incredibly thin. The man next to me was on his phone all night and I could hear every word he said.

Good stay

The hotel was nice and clean. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, good breakfast. The personnel was warm, professional, and good at their work.
