Stayed there as it was close to the airport and we had an extremely early flight. We checked in late and left early. Staff was nice and room clean. Only complaint was that the pillows were really soft and they had soaps/shampoos in containers in the shower. They had free coffee at check out which was nice.

Good for park and fly

The staff at the desk were neither rude nor overly warm, but greeted us and answered our needs. Two towels and the sheets had brown stains. We only stayed overnight to catch an early flight. Leaving the car was easy and much cheaper than leaving it at the airport. The best part of the whole experience was pick up. They had given us a business card when dropping us off. We called the number and the driver was there in literally 2 minutes! I realize this was good timing and it could just as well been 20min, butt it was a much needed ending to a long day of traveling!

hotel friendliness and comfort

Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the shuttle service was excellent.
Cons: Customer service at the front desk.
Location: Close to the airport. Shuttle took 5 minutes to get to the airport.
The hotel front desk experience was less than satisfactory. We had booked the hotel with Expedia and had called the hotel ourselves to check on the parking fee while we were on the trip. We were told it would be $3.00 a day. Upon arriving, the front desk said the parking fee would be $5.00 a day. When I told the young lady at the desk of this discrepancy, she said she would have to talk to her manager. The manager came out, and she was quite disbelieving of our claims of the $3.00 quote. Her remarks and attitude were, "Well who did you talk to - I've been here eleven years, and that has never been our rate. " Finally, as we were going to leave the car for 4 nights, she said to the clerk, "Give it to them for $15.00." This was actually charging us for the night we were staying at the hotel, which should have been free. Had she honored our claim, and said to us that normally that is not their rate, but since we were quoted that price, she would honor it, we would have felt we were dealing with a reputable hotel and management, but as such, we will not return to the hotel, despite the fact that the hotel itself was satisfactory. . .

Droopy Ears and Eyes for a Mid-level Hotel.

It was very short - I got in at 1:00 a.m. and left at 7:30 a.m. The room was OK, but the whole hotel - room furnishings, fittings and fixtures, bathroom, seemed "used" and just a little doggy. The Elevators in the hotel looked about 50 years old, were slow. It just seemed that the whole property could use a facelift.
