I reserved a king but upon arrival I was told only Queens were available and that since I booked through Expedia there were no guarantees.

We thank you for staying with us as we loved having you here with us. I apologize that you had requested a king room when you booked your reservation and that room type wasn't available at arrival. Room types are a request and we do our very hardest to meet our guest requests when it is possible.
