モールが近く、飲食に困らない立地です

Pros: 清掃スタッフがとても愛想良い人が多くて驚きました。
Cons: トイレの勢いが弱いので、一度に多くのトイレットペーパーを流すと危険です。
Location: 最高です。モールも近く、名物料理のBBQのお店も真向かいにありました。
モールが近くにあり、飲食にも困らない良い立地でした。治安も良さそうで、静かで良かったです。 名物料理のBBQのお店も真向かいにありました。

Really close to legends mall, lots of food choices in area/activities. Clean rooms, nice breakfast, small pool

When it's all done maybe very nice

Hotel was under renovation so finish work in our bathroom was not quite complete, also the noise from the room above seemed really loud.

Renovation will be nice when completed, 2nd floor is a mess right now, 3 day stay, room was cleaned once and no clean towels brought to the room

Recently remodeled hotel with very helpful staff

We've stayed at this location numerous times for soccer games and we keep coming back. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is nice. During our most recent stay, we got a newly remodeled room and it was great. The Maintenance man had to help us open the sofa bed (which was brand new and still wired shut) and he was there in 10 minutes. Our last visit, our car battery was dead in the morning and another staff member jump started it for me. We are a big fan of this hotel and will continue to stay here for our KC visits.

Nice free breakfast. Pool was warm & clean. Friendly staff. Location was great for Legends Outlets & variety of restaurants.

Everything was very good,staff very friendly and helpful. Even with construction going on you never even knew it. Highly recommend Hampton from now on.

We usually like the Hampton but it was not a great experience this time. When we checked into our 1st room, the bathroom had dirty towels everywhere and was not clean. Switched rooms only to have a toilet that didn't flush well and waited almost 3 hours for the maintenance man to fix it. I have small children and we had to go use the lobby bathroom. The air conditioning didn't cool very well but we didn't want to have to pack up and move again so we just dealt with being hot. Not a great relaxing experience!
