From a clean and comfort factor I would 200% stay here again. That said, the front desk staff could use some training…when checking in I told the man at the front desk I wanted to use a different card, he said it was no problem and had me swipe the card.
Well the original card was charged for the room, for a different amount that what I was told on Hotels.com so I wait for checkout to tell them what happened…and say I wanted to be charged the correct amount on the correct card. There was a man and a woman at the desk, the man was trying to assist me and wasn’t understanding, the woman explained it to him and he was still having issues. Instead of helping him the woman sat there snickering and making gestures until I said “you could at least help him…” that’s when things were “resolved” I’m waiting for the transition to fall off the wrong card before I can say for certain it is taken care of.
