The manager checked us into a dirty room at first, dirty breakfast plate sitting on the table right when we opened the door. He fixed it by putting us in the clean room. Then; we find out the hot tub is out of service. Which sucked, shortly after we were crowded by the kids soft ball team who was staying in the hotel. There were about 15 twelve year olds in the pool with no parent supervision. They were doing cannon balls and splashing the whole 3 hours. You would have thought it was a public pool. When asked to watch out for my toddler I was cursed out by the parents.

The hotel is clean and pretty comfortable, but housekeeping cleaned only the bathroom once in 5 days. The plumbing is noisy when other neighboring rooms use their showers especially at night. Breakfast buffet is decent. Safe location and near the highway, but also there was loud highway construction and a train track nearby.

The king suite was roomy and slept 3-4, not 5 like the description said. Very clean and easy to check in and out. Breakfast was hot and area to eat was clean. The only issue with the room was the HVAC unit in the suite area was noisy. Otherwise and excellent stay

Ron at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. He was able to print out a receipt for us when the woman at the desk the evening couldn't. Great rooms nice breakfast.

Wonderful stay at this hotel beginning with check-in and checking out. Clean hotel and rooms. Amazing breakfast selections with fresh fruit, warm entrees, cereals and bread items. Appreciate the larger fitness room. Easy access from freeway.

Clean and Comfortable but the staff is lacking.
From a clean and comfort factor I would 200% stay here again. That said, the front desk staff could use some training…when checking in I told the man at the front desk I wanted to use a different card, he said it was no problem and had me swipe the card. Well the original card was charged for the room, for a different amount that what I was told on Hotels.com so I wait for checkout to tell them what happened…and say I wanted to be charged the correct amount on the correct card. There was a man and a woman at the desk, the man was trying to assist me and wasn’t understanding, the woman explained it to him and he was still having issues. Instead of helping him the woman sat there snickering and making gestures until I said “you could at least help him…” that’s when things were “resolved” I’m waiting for the transition to fall off the wrong card before I can say for certain it is taken care of.

Great location for our needs
We booked the one night as this is located across the Hwy from the hospital where we were scheduled for early morning surgery. We had a major snowstorm, and living so far from the hospital, we wanted to be closer for the morning commute. All went well and we had a restful night’s sleep. Hampton Inn is usually our choice for hotels.

A very nice hotel
Everything in the room is fine, but breakfast on New Year’s Day was lacking. We got there at about 930, breakfast was supposed to be until 10. Most of the food was already gone and they were not going to make anymore. I think that if you advertise breakfast is available until a certain time, the food should available until then as well. But that was the only problem.

We loved our room. Comfortable. Not much extra space. The bathroom doesn’t have a vent, so it stayed pretty humid in there for a while. Not a big deal, but something we noticed. The reason for 4 stars is that the breakfast was not fresh tasting or looking.
