Nice hotel, but a few issues with my stay

Hotel Phillips is beautiful inside, which is one reason I picked this for my family vacation. However, our room got mixed up and we were placed in an Executive Suite (1 bed) for four people. We were rushed for a family event and by the time we could get the room switched and re-check in, we were late to our event. Thus, this was a disappointment to us and our family. As well, any hotel patrons must pay for vallet because the parking garage (around the corner where the staff told me to park) would not give me a garage ticket. Thus, I had to park 4 blocks and walk to the hotel for check-in. Afterwards, I chose the vallet. In conjunction, I should have checked the fine print because breakfast was not complimentary. It cost the 4 of us over $60 to eat breakfast which consisted of fruit, fried bacon, and scrambled eggs. I don't mind paying this if the breakfast was more frivolous in nature, but that price for bacon, eggs, and fruit seemed ridiculous. We were unaware of this before we sat down to eat and were surprised when a staff member brought us a check requesting payment.
Lastly, the Keurig in our room did not work. Each time we turned it on, the machine shut back off and would not run. Thus, we had to go to the coffee shop in the hotel to purchase coffee. Coincidence or ploy? I am not so sure at this point.
