Property was under renovations when r stayed there but the workers were respectful and be too disruptive. Water pressure was not very good though.

Lots of construction going on. Made it a bit unclean. And the water pressure in our room was so bad we barely got a stream out of it. Maybe it will be better once the construction was done. I also booked a king. Room was very small and that was not a king bed. Bathroom was so small it's hard to close the door.

The breakfast was surprisingly good. A large portion of the hotel was under construction so it wouldn't be fair to give a bad review on property condition. What I did see of the property was nice and I'm sure the new remodeling will be even better once finished. It wasn't a hassle. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

We were not informed that the hotel is under construction, the fitness center was closed, dining was not an actual restaurant with decent food. The hotel was dirty and old. We were here for business so it was very disappointing and not at all convenient.

Quiet place to stay! They are currently remodeling, but it's on the opposite side of the hotel. Several parts of the rim had been updated. It was clean and quiet. Breakfast options were great. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Great area with easy access.

Nice hotel !!
This hotel is tucked away in a business park, so it is quiet and off the main road. They are doing some remodeling onsite. The staff said they are upgrading the bathrooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can order food at the front desk to take to your room. The pizza and burger we ordered were good and ready in a timely manner. We would definitely stay there again.

Highly Recommend
We traveled to KC with friends for the weekend. We had a very nice stay. Even though this hotel is undergoing a renovation, everything was clean and in order. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was the standard fare and there was something for everyone.

Pleasant stay in Kansas city area.
we drove to Kansas city from Chicago to see family. This hotel was close to their house. the hotel is in a very safe, upscale area near lots of stores and restaurants, while being next to the main highway. despite that, it was very quiet. although they were rehabbing the hotel, there was no disruption or dust. Reception was friendly and helpful. free parking was easy and plentiful. there was a bar and Starbucks in the lobby. Wi-fi worked well. the room was spacious with sofa, desk and a small kitchen counter with refrigerator. the beds were comfortable and bedding nice. plenty of hot water, supplies and towels. it was clean and well decorated.

Check in was super easy, our room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful! There is construction going on but it don’t interfere with our stay as we were gone by 8am. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. Go Chiefs!

Cost was great, as for the construction noise was a little too much. Staff was really friendly and kind. I would rate them a 4 plus if the construction was not when when I needed rest before our event
