Really nice pool, lovely facility, music in Oak Room. Most of staff were so nice to deal with. On check-in, were given a "balcony" room that was a cement slab overlooking the garage, and check-in clerk was less than helpful. The manager called the following day and changed us to a delightful room. Still, both rooms had minor maintenance issues (ie, leaky faucet with rust stains) that would not be expected in a hotel of this quality.

Lack of front desk support. No concierge. No place to eat on Mother’s Day No one told us we had to make reservations for brunch. It’s just disappointing from when it was the Fairmont Hotel. I won’t stay there again. For the price. I could find another hotel with better environment and service.

On April 24th, after two e-mails and a phone call the previous days, I got a **confirmation in writing** from the hotel. I had requested a late check-out for my guests who got married on May 13 and were to spend a single night for their honeymoon. Upon arrival they were told they eoild not have that previously approved late check-out. For a 4 star and a resort fee, I'd expect a lot more. The pool wasn't open. It's May and was 90 degrees, but you still had to pay the resort fee per day. The halls smelled like marijuana. It was appalling. The room had wallpaper falling apart and smelled musty. The balcony was nice to sit on. The waiter in the hotel lobby was super friendly. Average. Would not stay again.
