The hotel was very clean, upgraded nice bathroom and shower, beds were comfortable and the view amazing. The only thing we did not like was that our room was right by the elevators and you can hear them moving through the walls constantly.

Room was nice and tidy as a couple staying for two nights the tea and coffee facilities were wholly inadequate 1 tea bag and two coffee sachets. A coffee/ hot water device that was of extremely poor quality, leaked over the bench top.

Check-in took longer than expected, it was very busy. But otherwise the hotel was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.

Worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. Our room was almost 80 degrees and we asked them to send someone to fix it. We never heard back so we assumed it was fixed. No, returned to the same temp. Called multiple times to ask to be moved and no one answered. Finally packed up and headed to the desk. The manager was rude and acted like we were being ridiculous about the temps didnt even offer a sorry. She acted annoyed that we existed. Worst experience

Me and my Wife stayed overnight for NYE. The area was electric. Amazing 14th floor view, sparkling rooms and good soundproofing. Although the bar was busy we still had a great time. Would definitely come again.

Clean and new. Christmas decorations were lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was close to our concert so Ubers weren’t expensive. We felt safe.

Had a great stay, everyone was very friendly. The heater/ac was extremely loud but we just heated up the room right before going to sleep and turned it off after that.
