Hotel for downtown KC

The price was ridiculous for what we got. You have to add 25 for valet parking. Check in and valet line were so long, it almost messed up our plans. Arrive super early if you plan on staying here! We kept waking up every hour because the Air conditioning was not cooling the room off. We stayed at this hotel to see a concert at Sprint Center for our 20th wedding anniversary. Next time we will Uber home!

Pros: nice ambiance.
Cons: I was pleased and will return.
Location: In the middle of everything.
Good. Madhouse getting out. Valet was struggling to get all cars out.

Nice hotel in the middle of town.

Pros: The location.
Location: Restaurants & entertainment venues nearby.
Very nice stay at this hotel. Lots to do near by. Walking distance to convention center & Sprint Center.

Great staff and excellent facilities

I had made an error and accidentally booked my hotel stay for the wrong day, and the staff at the hotel couldn't have been more accommodating of my error. The hotel itself is very nice. The only reason I give it four stars is because I believe that the room could have been a bit cleaner, but overall, it was an excellent stay and I will be coming here again!

Nice hotel for conference

Stayed for an academic conference. The location was fantastic-so much within a few blocks of the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the food at the hotel was great! Only complaints were that the AC in our particular room was finicky (colleagues did not have this issue), and all the wooden surfaces in the room had a sticky residue on them (again, our room only). Would definitely stay again-in a different room!

Pros: Restaurant was very good. Try the street tacos!
Overall the hotel was amazing. The restaurant served great food and quick room service. Our room was very comfortable and clean except for is a little loud because we were next to the elevators but after the first night it didn't seem to bother us. Great location within walking distance to great restaurants shopping etc.
