Staff propped open security card doors outside. Nothing was cleaned. Internet was effectively off (0.2Mb on 3 tests over three days). Curtains were not hung on rods. AC was broken. No screens in windows. Worst experience in a Choice Hotels property ever.

Wellll.... i checked in around 10 pm after a 2 hour drive. Asked about the shuttle service and was told i would get information and never got any. I even walked to the front desk and pushed the bell but after 2-3 mins i decided not to worry about it. I had a very early flight so i woke up at 330 am to take a shower... which did NOT work. The shower function didnt work at all... it would have had been a bath and i didnt have that much time. Its fine, whatever... tried to check out and tell the front desk but no one ever came out after ringing the bell a few times at 4:15 am... there was even another peraon sitting there watching tv... just waiting for someone. No one came... i had to leave so i left the keys on the counter. When i got to the Kansas city airport i realized when i checked in with my military ID... i never got it back from the employee. May have been my fault... but why couldnt they kindly just bring it to my room when it was found? Not a great start to a travel day! :(

The place was convenient for the places we needed to go and back to the hotel, but the room was dusty and not cleaned properly. There was streaks & spatter of something sticky all over the fridge, microwave, and counter tops. The bathroom was not cleaned at all did my own cleaning there.

I liked the bed and pillows. They were comfortable. Beyond that, it was terrible. It was by far the worst place I've ever stayed. Shame on expedia for offering this dump and shame on Choice Hotels for allowing this to be a part of your chain. Specifically, it was dirty, some mornings there was coffee and some there was not, because the desk was not always manned. The elevator didn't work. The steps had crumbs all over them and were not swept at all the 3 nights we were there. No closet! The a/c worked but not very well. The tv and microwave were ancient. Shall I go on? You get the dirty picture.

This place was really bad. We arrived late, so I rang the door bell at the desk, then waited. When no one came I rang again. A man came out and harshly said not to ring it twice. The carpets in the hall were very dirty and it smelled bad. When I got to the room it was worse. The floors were concrete. The tuna was terribly dirty. There were no blankets on the bed, just a sheet and a thin cover. The room smelled so bad I vomited when I came in. If I could afford another hotel, or wasn’t far from home I would not have stayed. Needless to stay it wasn’t a fun night.

This property, had a strong oder, staff was rude, dirt was in the bed. Outlites didnt work. I was charged for an extra night 24hrs after checking out the manager was rude. Over all i will not be staying here again. Proceed with cation.
