Parking lot was not even attempted to be cleared of ice or snow. No ice melt put down on sidewalks or on lot. Wanted $10.00 for an extra key to the room. Also, an undisclosed (until time of check-in) $100.00 was charged for possible room damages. Our room was already damaged, it had bad patches in the ceiling, Tub and shower has rust on the outer edges. Cover to comforter had cigarette holes in it. Supposed to have been a NON-Smoking room, but it badly smelled of smoke (probably from the A/C - heater unit that evidently didn't get cleaned before changing to a NON-Smoking room.
Rooms were relatively quiet. Continental breakfast was sad because nothing was kept warm or hot due to the coldness of the hallways and entry area. Absolutely no heat in the hallways. (Entry way is understandably colder because of doors) We will NOT be staying at this location again. Still waiting for my $100.00 that was taken at check-in. Immediately gets their money but takes 3 to 5 business days for me to get the refund..
