It is located in an industrial area. The smell in room was very strong of a perfumed cleaning agent. I'll be tasting it for hours. The bed linens were worn and stained. I worried about my vehicle being broke into.It was no wonder at booking they didnt offer free cancelation.

The first room smelled like cigarettes. The second room was dirty. The walls were filthy with grime and old spilled drinks. The bathroom floor was sticky with dirt in the corners and grout was black with original color white. The toilet ran with handle not working right and the toilet wobbled not secure to the floor overall disgusting. No quality control n that inn

Very unclean and the hallways literally smelled like poop. Had a rule that you couldnt book more than 6 days so you couldn't get the weekly rate.

Property is too over priced for the hotel! Beds are uncomfortable rooms dirty hotel front entrance has been remodeled but not anything else!

The concierge was polite but the first room was dirty there were stains on the wall and the bed spreads/pillows, there was a Huge crack in the glass window there were holes in the walls and the bathroom looks unkept. The area around hotel did not look safe, the area looked run down and that is not true representation as shown on the website.

It is an inexpensive hotel located in an industrial area. The rooms were clean the hotel not as clean. Not run down but needs repairs and some deep cleaning. It is located a quick drive to downtown. Not a bad place to stay on a budget. Added note-You could smell marijuana when walking through the hallway.

The price was good for this property, but shouldn’t a hotel look at least clean and well kept? The breakfast area was clean and the courtyard in the middle looked well kept but the rest of the place needed a paint job, to say the least. Didn’t feel like things were clean and really didn’t want to use the bathroom at all. Not thrilled with this property.

The prices are very reasonable for the area. It's not a new hotel so things are a little worn, but overall the place is clean. If you are on a budget it is definitely worth checking out. I have paid more for places that aren't near as nice as this one.

The property looked nothing like the website. Was old, run down. The guy told me no smoking, even though the room, the towels smelled like smoke. Even the breakfast was not what it looked like. Pancakes with cereal.

Parking lot was not even attempted to be cleared of ice or snow. No ice melt put down on sidewalks or on lot. Wanted $10.00 for an extra key to the room. Also, an undisclosed (until time of check-in) $100.00 was charged for possible room damages. Our room was already damaged, it had bad patches in the ceiling, Tub and shower has rust on the outer edges. Cover to comforter had cigarette holes in it. Supposed to have been a NON-Smoking room, but it badly smelled of smoke (probably from the A/C - heater unit that evidently didn't get cleaned before changing to a NON-Smoking room. Rooms were relatively quiet. Continental breakfast was sad because nothing was kept warm or hot due to the coldness of the hallways and entry area. Absolutely no heat in the hallways. (Entry way is understandably colder because of doors) We will NOT be staying at this location again. Still waiting for my $100.00 that was taken at check-in. Immediately gets their money but takes 3 to 5 business days for me to get the refund..
