Hotel appears to be remodeled recently. Hotel staff was very accommodating breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately due to the hotel's location Highway noise is constant and walls are so thin adjoining and hallway noise is constant as well.

Pros: The staff was very helpful.The young man and his name is Marc was great he made it fell like home.
It is a nice place to stay. Was close to our family.

Not even fit for a dog

I understand when one books a dog friendly hotel there are going to be some lesser standards, but this place is run down and smells . The carpet was torn and curling up in our room, and just stunk. The sheets were clean and so was bathroom, but that is the best I can say. warm ,not hot water.

Worst front desk employee.

They had the water shut off when I got into town because they were fixing the water heater. I understand that repairs need to be done but they started at 1130am and expected to get done at 5:30pm. The problem was when I got back to my hotel at 7pm (obviously I couldn't hang out in the room w no running water), they told me it would be another hour. I then called at 8 to see if it was turned back on. I got a response of well the cold water is back on but the hot water is not. I was told I could go to another hotel if I wanted. The problem was I'm a single woman in a big city that I don't know. It's 20 something degrees and now dark outside. I asked for a suggestion on where to go that's safe and got a response of oh I'm not sure. This employee wasn't the worst one. The lady that checked me in and out was very unprofessional and did not have knowledge of her job. I asked her to do two different simple things that she did not know how to do. When I checked out I asked for a receipt then she stated "those are online". I asked her to please print one because I usually get it from the front desk when I check out. She then rolled her eyes and printed one...which literally took her ten seconds! Oh and I never did get to shower the day I checked in. I finally gave up at 930pm and went to bed. I travel a lot for work and have never had anything like this happen to me. It was very unprofessional and I would never stay here again. Good things: breakfast and location off I70

Nice Hotel convenient location.

Pros: Location,quiet,staff excellent
Cons: Extend breakfast to 10am.
Location: Easy freeway access, close to shopping ,food and entertainment.
Staff extremely friendly. Nice breakfast, rooms warm and comfortable, able to utilize the pool clean and not overloaded. Check in and out quick and efficient.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was good.
Location: Close to lots of good restaurants and shopping.
The stay was better than expected, considering the good price for the room. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable.
