Nice pool, comfy beds and pillows.

Awesome pool, comfy beds, pillows. Great view of downtown, and easy to get to plaza or to crown center.

Safe hotel for women traveling solo

Cons: Robes in the room would be nice.
Beautiful hotel with everything I needed, plus I could walk to the mall, union station, etc. through the sky bridges so I felt very safe traveling alone.

It was a pleasant stay and the room was clean! The staff was really nice but it was a very busy weekend for them so room service took a little while both times we ordered through it.

Great Service

It was a nice place, all of the employees were very nice and helpful. There are a lot of activities within walking distance, as well as restaurants downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Hotel

Pros: I liked everything and especially the fact that my room was cleaned and the bathroom was well stacked
Cons: Nothing that I can think of
Location: Location is very convenient... If the weather is bad, no problem as you can venture out using the link...takes you to restaurants, shopping, etc.
From the minute I stepped out of my vehicle, I was greeted by a hotel staff that was extremely pleasant and not overbearing...The front desk staff was equally courteous and very professional....The lobby area is very clean and the room was very clean and comfortable. I usually have a Phobia of hotels, but I felt very comfortable. The sheets were also clean and the pillows nice and comfortable... Had a great couple of night sleep. The ease from the hotel using the link was also great.

Rude check in

We were brought directly to the WRONG room after check in. 4 women, a huge luggage cart and the guy helping with luggage. He was wonderful. The room door was open so he checked the room for us and said it was empty so we went in to a dirty, used room. We stepped into the hallway for him to call the front desk who proceeds to tell him that we can wait to have the room cleaned. He looks at all of us and asks her to find us a new room. As we are walking downstairs to check in he apologies over and over again and tells us that the hotel will make it right. I go over to the check in desk and let her know that my room I booked over a month ago wasn't turned over yet so I wanted a new one. She looks at my reservation and says that they wrote the room number down wrong, so here are my keys have a good night. She was rude, unhelpful and could have done all of that without all four of us trucking up and down 20 levels or a hotel 3 times. Why she didn't just tel him to go down a level and try the room directly below us is beyond me. Unnecessary.
