I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk. The internet wasn’t working. The cord on the room phone is broke and you can’t use it. Reported it to the front desk and the guy on duty really didn’t seem to care.

Multiple areas in our room were dirty. Looked like juice was spilled all over a lamp shade, splattered ice cream all over the side of a bedside table. The pool deck and the hot tub itself were absolutely disgusting. The windows had to be kept open for ventilation in the pool area due to super strong chlorine. Even though the wind was freezing cold. Our son didn’t mind, but probably won’t be staying there again.

The property was great, Especially for a little kids Check in with Expedia was terrible. This property on Expedia clearly says there is a double king room, which is what we booked The hotel does not even offer such a room So Expedia denied the credit card, and it took us over an hour to get that resolved

It was unkempt, dirty, run down, and terrible customer service. Luckily my kids aren't old enough to notice as the stay was a Christmas present for them.

I love taking my kids here. Usually a good experience other than the pool area lady being a little racist. But this last stay, I found trash from previous guest in the drawers, hairs in the shower and the lamp was out. On top of all that as we were getting ready to leave around 10ish (check out is at 11) we had the house keeping ladies knocking and knocking hard and even trying to open the door. After they were told we were still there. As we were walking out the were cleaning a room the were talking very loud and talking very badly of the guest from that room. Using very derogatory language, precisely kids friendly.

Water park area is fun for younger kids. Very understaffed so had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up at front desk for checkin and couldn’t call desk/housekeeping from rooms. Rooms ok, nothing special.

The pool definitely needs some renovations. There are lots of rusted out furniture pieces and the rails leading up the slide is also full of rust.

Worth it for the pool
Check in was a little bit of a mess because of system issues, the room was a bit run down, breakfast was lacking, but we were there for the pool and it was worth it. Had to ask for bedding for the sleeper sofa, was brought just sheets, had to go ask again and they only had a blanket, no pillows.

There was no quiet time. There were 15 plus kids running the hallways pounding on doors leaving trash everywhere. Absolutely unable to sleep and staff would just say don’t run but continued to allow it.

Our stay was a last minute decision. Staff was very friendly ask if we needed anything when we saw them. Kids(3-7yrs old) had a great time in the waterpark especially on the slide. Bed was comfortable. Can't say anything about the breakfast cause we woke up late and was in a hurry to leave.

Upon arrival, we had to ring bell. It seemed like we were intruding on their "Me Time" and when asked how to get to the room, wasn't told any real directions, just up the elevator and right there. TV remote in room did not work with tv had to constantly pair it. No channel guide, and when you found one, you could not do any changing to a certain channel. Could not get channel wanted without a fight! AC/Heater unit kept changing on it's own. It would get real cold then when we turned it to get warm it would get real hot. No stable temperature as able to be achieved. Kids were running up and down the halls banging on or near doors of other patrons. Our door was one of them. Be was uncomfortable, some areas were sagging while other areas were firm. Not comfortable at all. Stains on carpet looked like blood by window unit. Just not very clean all in all.
