Won't stay here again

Paid through expedia online and athe the time of check in clarified this to make sure. The lady working the desk told me she was just using my card as a deposit incase of damages. Which I know is standard process when checking in. Next day check my bank account to make sure. Sure enough she had charged my card also. Called to ask about it no one could tell me why till a gentleman was able to get on the phone and explain. She had swiped my card for a deposit but next day when processing the cards instead of canceling out my transaction she charged me. So 3 days later still no refund and still no answers to why.

Disappointing but close to mall

Pros: Great location to mall and easy access to various dining options.
Cons: Overall cleanliness and attention to detail by housekeeping.
Location: Easy access to Zona Rosa shopping mall.
Looking for reasonable rate and hotel near our destination and usually have good hotel experience with Super 8's but was disappointed with this hotel. The overall condition was a little worn. The wall mount holding our TV was broken leaving the screen crooked, the TV remote was broken and the room had a very strong stale cigarette smell even though it was clearly a non-smoking room. The bedspread was stained and should never had been placed on the bed by housekeeping.

Room had one light bulb. There were 10 people in next room. Halls full of marjuina smoke. Worst experience my wife and granddaughter have ever had.

This hotel has incompetent employees. Then the manager left them to fend for themselves. I had only one issue with the hotel and that was that it reeked of cigarette smoke and is a nonsmoking building. The staff on the other hand need training or something to explain to customers what is going on when they don't understand. All in all the say wasn't bad, but I wouldn't stay there again simply because I don't want to deal with the staff.

Bad night

Over all stay not bad...found 2 bed bugs in room 311. (Felt something on arm small red bump) looked under pillow ...moved to another room on same floor . Didn't sleep too well nervous about finding other bugs but I did not find any in other room ... plus they was doing construction on the floor up until 10:30 at night could hear saws and people talking. .don't know if I would stay again
