Fairly Decent Hotel

Pros: Location to the interstate we were traveling on
Cons: Better room inspections between occupants. A staff that is knowledgeable about local places for dining.
Location: Not applicable to our stay
Even though the hotel was located on the interstate in a city with hundreds of thousands of people and travelers, it was difficult to find a place to eat our evening meal. After spending 12 hours in the car that day, it was frustrating to have to drive up and down a heavily traveled street for 30 minutes to find any restaurants. The room was smaller than expected. One of the closet doors was hanging off a hinge.

Rudest staff I've ever encountered

Location: Nothing nearby.
Room was fine, and the wi-fi worked very well - I've stayed in much more expensive hotels which could take a wi-fi lesson from this place. Some condition issues, like the towel bar pulling out of the wall (pro tip: you can't just drive screws into drywall, you need anchors), and the breakfast is nothing to write home about, but overall the facilities are quite good considering the price. But none of that can hope to make up for the shocking rudeness of the staff, especially the obese fellow on nights. You just do not talk to people the way this staff does.

Disappointment

Bathroom was very dirty. Bedding was not up to par with other super 8s I have stayed at. Overall for cleanliness and the size of the room way overpriced.

If you're looking for a cheap hotel and don't mind it being a little "rough around the edges," this is a decent place. The hotel definitely needs to be updated, rooms need to be cleaned better and the pillows are small squares. I recommend bringing your own pillow. We had 15 guys for a bachelor party so it was nice for our situation. If I was coming here with family I would have been disappointed.

Dissapointed.

HORRIBLE! I have always been the kind of person who reads most reviews and have been able to deal with most of the things other people don't like about a hotel, but this place was horrible from the customer service all the way to the room itself. Let me begin by saying I was looking for a place to put some of my business partners up in for the night and the website specifically said roll-away beds were available. We all decided this was our best option and was the reason we booked this hotel over others in the area. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk said "I hope you know we don't have roll-away beds." When I mentioned that the website said they did and I had proof she stated, "Sir, I get paid very little, I've had a long day, and this is not my problem." When we asked to upgrade to a room with two beds she said it was not possible for her to do that. We decided to let it go and went to the room. The room was dirty and small. When I got home, I e-mail the general manager to ask for a refund(because the front desk refused to help)and he stated it was my own fault for booking the room. Save yourself time, money, and comfort and DO NOT BOOK HERE!!
