The hotel was unique and beautifully kept. The spa was amazing and the live band in the lounge was excellent. Best girls weekend getaway I have had in a long time.

The overall "low" rating was because we go to this property at LEAST once a year - often more. Since they've become Hyatt managed the physical property has improved. But the charm of the place was in the extras ... particularly in the bars and restaurants. Here - they've gone from 'top line amazing' to below average and nearly double the price. Oh well ...

It’s a very nice hotel. It’s beautiful, but it’s also creepy at night solely because of the haunted hotel/tour aspect. Very nice spa, even the grotto included is nice and perfect to add into your stay.

The staff were incredible!! Assisting us with early check in on our urgent reservation due to a horrible experience staying at another hotel. The staff at The Elms made us feel important and valued. The property is beautiful and serene. Very comfortable bed and quiet environment. We will definitely stay here again.
