Wish the Chiefs outperformed the hotel

Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful and courteous. The lady checking me in upgraded me to a room because she asked if I was a Starwood member and then found my account, notwithstanding the fact I had not used it in years. The concierge was invaluable in arranging our transportation to and from the Chiefs' playoff game; without him we would probably still be standing outside of the stadium! The car service was punctual and amazing, toting us all around the city, to and from the stadium, and to the airport. The only thing that qualifies my review is that service in the restaurant was less than mediocre. The kitchen messed up my eggs benedict to the point where they had to be completely redone; thus, my friend finished his meal before I received mine. The hotel compensated us by sincere apology and free breakfast, which was classy, but I cannot help but comment on it in my review. The bartender was awesome; he saw that the waitress was slow in getting our drink orders in and too chatty; he offered us a free round of drinks. All in all, everyone was super nice and classy; service at times was simply not quick and there were errors. I would totally stay there again, don't get me wrong.
