Pros: convenience.
Cons: towels are not absorbent. Look good but not good quality. better amenities in the bathroom
The hotel was fine except they cleaning staff did just an ok job. They came very late and left dirty glasses, etc. in the room. The bathroom amenities were sparse. I was at a large tournament and they did not have enough help in the lounge in the evening when everyone was in there.

Can't be faulted, great time and good facilities. The hotel is big and in a good location. Room's are spacious.

Nice Hotel, Centrally located to everything

The Westin has a great style all around and such great access to everything. It's connected to a nice mall and a glass walking bridge to Union Station. Only 5 mins from Power and Light! And 10 mins from Westport

Nice hotel in great location in KC.

Pros: Room, bed, front desk and restaurant, and location
Cons: Not letting hotel guests be accosted by homeless panhandlers in front of doors of hotel.
Location: N/A, There on buisness but escalators in lobby go to the Mall.
Check in and Check Out was smooth. Front desk very helpful. Only complaint is when I would be waiting outside for hotel shuttle to take me to office for work, several times I was accosted by homeless men that were almost threatening wanting money and not a dollar or two. They were following me around and asking for 20's!!! I complained to doorman and he said there wasnt' anything he could do about it. Room spacious. Furniture and bed nice. Restaurant nice. Sliding glass doors fused shut and you cannot open door to balcony to get fresh air in room.

Wish the Chiefs outperformed the hotel

Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful and courteous. The lady checking me in upgraded me to a room because she asked if I was a Starwood member and then found my account, notwithstanding the fact I had not used it in years. The concierge was invaluable in arranging our transportation to and from the Chiefs' playoff game; without him we would probably still be standing outside of the stadium! The car service was punctual and amazing, toting us all around the city, to and from the stadium, and to the airport. The only thing that qualifies my review is that service in the restaurant was less than mediocre. The kitchen messed up my eggs benedict to the point where they had to be completely redone; thus, my friend finished his meal before I received mine. The hotel compensated us by sincere apology and free breakfast, which was classy, but I cannot help but comment on it in my review. The bartender was awesome; he saw that the waitress was slow in getting our drink orders in and too chatty; he offered us a free round of drinks. All in all, everyone was super nice and classy; service at times was simply not quick and there were errors. I would totally stay there again, don't get me wrong.

Business weekend

Stayed for 4 nights.. bed was comfy, view from room was great.. staff member Rita was super nice and very helpful!!!! Location was perfect!! With mall just downstairs from our room, we didn't have to leave the hotel to find food.. plenty of restaurants in mall.. we hope to stay again soon!!

Nice hotel close to many attractions.

Perfect location for tourists. Very convenient and easy to walk to various attractions. Nice hotel but it is so large that it needs more signage. We got lost in the parking garage.
