I love how spacious the rooms are however, the bathrooms are very small. Our ac wasn’t working right and the dishwasher ran constantly however, the staff was incredibly responsive and kind! They quickly gave us another room.

Free hot breakfast, nice outdoor pool with plenty of chairs and towels, suite with large closets and compact kitchen. Friendly staff and you can walk to the hen house supermarket

My mom checked in Friday and was charged an extra $360 even know we paid ahead of time and they were unable to explain why she was being charged that. Then when I went to check out I asked about the charges and the lady at the front desk was very dismissive and blamed the charges on Expedia and kept interrupting me when I would try to tell her that we already paid 2 weeks ago when we booked and then walked off. Then my mom called me and the hotel charged her an extra $80 after we checked out. I call spoke to who ever was working and they informed me that they just ran her card for the whole room and did not use the save payment from Expedia…I will not be back since this was poorly dealt with and the front staff needs work on how to engage with guests

This place is tucked away in the perfect spot. Easy access to shopping and major highways. There is always someone at the front desk. No waiting around. Very nice staff. All areas of the room was clean. The breakfast was a little displeasing but not any more than others. Very quiet and well maintained. Very comfortable beds. All amenities available.

Staff was very accommodating and eager to please. Facility is beginning to show some signs of wear. A/C blower would not run continuously. Bathroom sink was a slow drain, probably because the lever/closet needs adjustment. I was there for both of my parents funeral, and the staff was very thoughtful about it and provided a nice condolences card. I really appreciated it.

Dishwasher was broken and the dishes inside were dirty. The outlet in the kitchen did not work so couldn’t use coffee pot or toaster in kitchen.

Wonderful staff, and clean, quiet, safe area
All of the staff at this hotel ate incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to stay at if youre looking for a quiet place close to Kansas City.
