Two night stay in Kansas City

Pros: It was clean and comfortable.
Cons: The vending machine did run out of bottled water.
Location: It is near the Expo Center and Airport. We also had a very nice breakfast down the road at Scott's,
I flew into KC to take a friend of mine to a show for her birthday. The stay at Extended Stay America went extremely smoothly. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The staff was excellent. I spoke briefly to Tanner one of the maintenance people. The manager Brenda was kind enough to pick me up some birthday candles at the store, since I did not have a vehicle. All in all I was very happy there.

Nice clean hotel except for the staff

The hotel was wonderful. Clean facilities and comfy bed. The only probably we had was that we waited 40 mins to check in because the man at the front desk gave our room away.

Eclipse August 2017

Like all the other Extended Stay America hotels :) Friendly staff and smooth check-in. Clean rooms. There are a couple of restaurants/bars in other hotels that are within walking distance. Other than that there are not many food or nightlife options nearby.

Would never stay here

The room, smell, environment, and overall professionalism was so bad, I didn't even stay the night! I walked to the airport and slept on the airport floor, where I felt safer!

Staff performance mars experience.

Pros: Cost was good for the busy time we stayed.
Cons: Staff training, management training.
The hotel was good for a extended stay. The staff seems to not care about us. We had to call out to interrupt then so they could check use in. The landings of the elevator was so sticky that our shoes were sticking to the floor. This went on for three days.

Clean and comfortable. Nice kitchenette. Air condition too loud. Hard to sleep at night.
