Not worth it

Pros: The staff was friendly.
Cons: Come get the dirty towels and take the trash out for your guests!
Location: We went to worlds of fun and oceans of fun as well.
Upon arrival, we opened the windows and there was a cigarette butt waded up in a paper towel. No hot water in kitchen or bathroom sink, but they did come fix it. The front burner of the stove was broke. They did fix as well. Requested kitchen utensils and cookware, had to wash them before we could use them. There was mold under the sink in the kitchen. The toilet backed up and we had to get a plunger and plunge the toilet. We had to not only take our own trash to a room by the elevator, but we also had to take our dirty towels down and request clean ones. They placed us next to the door that leads down to the stairs and every time someone would go through the door it would slam shut and rattle the walls. Very noisy! Will not recommend and will not stay again.

Comfy

For the amount I paid it was worth it. Comfortable bed, more amenities than I needed, clean bathroom, and quick service. Very quiet and not in a busy part of town. With the amount you save you can grab something quick to eat at their grab and go breakfast area and walk to the wafflehouse that is less than 1/10 or a mile away.

Average hotel

Pretty average hotel. When we checked in the front desk person was very rude. The "free breakfast" was just granola bars or muffins.

They were very accommodating to our travel plans. We were able to leave our car there while we took our trip

Loud drunkenness throughout night.

Room reeked of cat urine. Pillows smelled moldy. A/C did not cool room. No early morning airport shuttle which resulted in need for cab. Front desk staff instructed us to be in lobby at 345am No cab at 420am then finally arrived but could not accommodate party of 8. Yellow Cab driver was extremely rude & drove off. Front desk reported incident to Yellow Cab but we were forced to call Uber. We nearly missed flight due to late arrival to airport. Loud door slamming and yelling throughout night from apparently intoxicated guests. No crib available for small children.

Definitely wasn't a relaxing environment

The door wouldn't properly shut. From the inside the latch would keep people out but when we had to leave for dinner, we would shut the door and it looked shut but you just gave it a little push and it easily opened. So I told the staff and they wouldn't even go look at the problem, instead she says to slam the door as hard as we could while yanking hard on the handle. Seriously people?

Not a place i would want to revisit.

The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were scratchy. The room was saturated with the previous person's cheap cologne, but the hotel provided fabreeze. Overall, the room was run down/built the cheapest way possible, and the continental breakfast was a joke. Some packaged bars, oatmeal, and cheap muffins along with bad coffee. Thep staff were friendly though.
