Great airport stop

Nice remodeling but not very clean

My room had hair and grime in the tub and wrinkly sheets that suggest not having been changed after last guest. The hallways were covered in visible dirt and bits of trash.

La Quinta was fine, Expedia not so good

Cons: Room looked clean but well-worn (paint patches, etc.).
Location: Lots of shopping and restaurants.
Expedia billed us for a stay here we did not make in June. They mixed us up with another customer. The La Quinta staff (manager) was quite apologetic and fixed the problem, and refunded our money from our non-stay. To La Quinta's credit, they took care of a problem that Expedia caused.

Dirty

Rooms are dirty a wore out frigde had prints all over it and food. Found bed bug! Head board was falling apart.

It was just ok. It will do for an overnight stay when need to be fairly close to airport. Although it was not as close as I expected a hotel that advertises to be an airport hotel to be.

Good , and bound to get better with renovations!

Pros: Nice clean rooms.
Cons: Staff friendliness!
Location: Very close to shopping, restaurants, and airport.
It was a nice hotel undergoing renovations while we were there. Our room had been freshly painted, and the hotel exterior being painted. Some of the staff were very good, while others at the front desk were not friendly...just minimally helpful.

Not worth the money

Smells bad, pool much smaller than picture led us to believe. It's old with paint for updates style. The bad smell made it feel dirty. Headboard in room was gross and needed replaceing. The smell made it feel dirty. Lobby was nice and so was the breakfast.

Pros: The location was great. It was right in the middle of where we needed to be.
Cons: The hotel needs updated and a good deep cleaning. Hotel staff was not very responsive.
I usually chose La Quinta for my hotel stays where ever I travel. This one was ok. The hotel felt like it needed major updating and felt like it was grungy. We woke up the next morning to a major leak in the bathroom ceiling that had flooded the floor in the bathroom and out into the vanity space. I notified the front desk and was told...oh sorry. So we just got ready and checked out. Overall, I just wasn't as impressed with La Quinta as I usually am.

Nice hotel nice location

Pros: Location local amenities and clean
Cons: Larger breakfast area, higher thread count bedding that is cooler to sleep on
Location: Lots of shopping, theater and entertainment
Enjoyed our stay. Beds were too soft and pillows were hot, breakfast nook was a little small and long lines to get through it but no other complaints. We truly enjoyed it and the decor was modern and nice. Showers were very nice with marble walls, well done. The night staff was very very nice, mornings not as much but they were ok, our safes didn't work either, but we were able to get adjoining rooms which we really wanted. It was quiet and friendly.
