Live roach in room, room smells like paint, tub was filthy, no remote for tv.. the gentlemen at front desk was extremely nice and friendly

I'm sure there are many people who would be pleased with this hotel but my sensibilities were not pleased. Halls and elevator were dreary and not clean. Room appeared to be clean. As it was in a 'mall' noise was considerable. And lights outside never went out - Only sheer curtains protected from outside. For me the biggest issue was it was NOT near the airport which was my intent. I think you 'get what you pay for'.

I am very sorry our facility was not pleasing to your eye! This is not how we want to be remembered by our most valued guests. We do actually have black out curtains in all of our rooms. I am not sure why your room did not. I hope you will try us again once our renovations are complete and we are able to offer a facility that guests and staff alike can be proud of! Great airport stop

Friendly staff, easy check in, comfortable rooms, and shuttle service to the airport made this stay worth every penny.

Nice remodeling but not very clean

My room had hair and grime in the tub and wrinkly sheets that suggest not having been changed after last guest. The hallways were covered in visible dirt and bits of trash.

La Quinta was fine, Expedia not so good

Cons: Room looked clean but well-worn (paint patches, etc.).
Location: Lots of shopping and restaurants.
Expedia billed us for a stay here we did not make in June. They mixed us up with another customer. The La Quinta staff (manager) was quite apologetic and fixed the problem, and refunded our money from our non-stay. To La Quinta's credit, they took care of a problem that Expedia caused.

Dirty

Rooms are dirty a wore out frigde had prints all over it and food. Found bed bug! Head board was falling apart.

It was just ok. It will do for an overnight stay when need to be fairly close to airport. Although it was not as close as I expected a hotel that advertises to be an airport hotel to be.

Good , and bound to get better with renovations!

Pros: Nice clean rooms.
Cons: Staff friendliness!
Location: Very close to shopping, restaurants, and airport.
It was a nice hotel undergoing renovations while we were there. Our room had been freshly painted, and the hotel exterior being painted. Some of the staff were very good, while others at the front desk were not friendly...just minimally helpful.

Not worth the money

Smells bad, pool much smaller than picture led us to believe. It's old with paint for updates style. The bad smell made it feel dirty. Headboard in room was gross and needed replaceing. The smell made it feel dirty. Lobby was nice and so was the breakfast.
