I liked that the resort was large as I like walking. If you don't like walking then maybe not for you. However, there is on-site transportation to take you to the different areas. Resort was beautiful and well maintained overall. The beach was a bit disappointing - it is long, but narrow. And some of it is very uneven....so your lounger is on a slope which is kind of awkward. The water is hit & miss depending on the waves & seaweed which is not in the resort's control. Pool areas were nice and had lots of loungers and activities.

The grounds at Grand Palladium are beautiful and they have something for everyone. The beach is great, pools have plenty of activities or seclusion depending on what you want. Every employee we met was very helpful and seemed to want us to enjoy ourselves. We will definitely be back and recommend this resort to friends and family.

The resort pool, beach, and area surroundings were beautiful. Their food options were good and delicious. (not good drinks though) On the other hand, their services were bad. For example, we asked for a crib even before going to the hotel and they said we will make a note, but it was not in the room when we arrived, and we had to ask 6 more times during our stay until they brought it. We had a couple more bad experiences with their services.

We had such a horrible time. But what really bummed us is that It was our first time traveling with our little ones and it was my mother in laws first time in Mexico. We wanted her to feel welcomed and have a good time. Me and my husband have been to other hotels around the area but our experience here was awful. Right when we checked in, the receptionist Enrique was not nice. We got to our room, it looked as if it was not cleaned. The bathroom, shower was dirty.The beds, pillows smelled bad.Floors were dirty. We tried booking restaurants right on arrival and were all booked from Thursday to Monday expect 10 pm (which is closing time) plus who wants to eat so late with little kids?The gentleman in charge of booking looked beyond annoyed as if we were bothering him. He suggested we just eat in the buffet all those days.He said the food was fresh, delicious & they had a lot of options. We walked into the buffet right upon them opening (around 6:40 pm) The food was COLD. No flavor at all. Everything was terrible. We decided to go back to the room, pack our bags and do a check out. Next day, spoke to supervisor Milagros, she had such a BAD attitude, not wanting to help at all or ask what went wrong or why we felt we needed to check out. I would want a supervisor to at least be nice to my guests and TRY to fix a situation. I feel I would have stayed if we were treated welcomed and with respect. Is everyone here just rude? Choose another hotel, save yourself the headache please.

This is a beautiful resort. The buffet food was great especially with our large group, everyone got what they wanted! The staff always went above and beyond. We had a wonderful family vacation.
