“After staying in Waikiki for the first few nights of our vacation we found this property refreshingly spacious and relaxing. My boys. 8 and 5 loved the pools (though the slide was too scary/big for them this year). The weather was overcast and wet but there was still plenty to keep us entertained and the pools and hot tubs were warm. Nothing felt too crowded (even on Spring break). It was a short drive to Target/Costco. The BBQ area was clean and easy to access. Parking spaces were tight, but……

“In bad need of a deep clean and restock”

“Condo was extremely dirty upon arrival. Sheets and towels stained, and floors were not clean. We found wet towels in the washing machine from the previous occupants. Had to rewash ourselves. 5 roaches crawled out from under the kitchen base cabinets. Coffee pot didn't work and kitchen accessories were a mess. Also were unable to open rear sliding glass door. We had friends staying in units in the same community and their units had been updated and were clean. I would not recommend this condo for……

“Beautiful property, exactly as pictured. Loved watching the sunset every night from the lanai, and swimming in the pool every day. One resident sounded a conch shell most evenings at sunset, very cool. We only encountered a few other people staying there, not crowded at all - which is why we chose to stay here vs. Waikiki. Char was easy to communicate with and provided a nice treats basket. Condo had beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and snorkel gear. Only taking off one star because of the……
