Hotel was impressive, comfortable and clean. However, there is nothing to do outside of hotel except for the mall which in connected via an air-conditioned walkway.

There is one employee, he always has morning schedule he was not pleasant and the morning manager was not pleasant as well. Ibu Diaz and Ibu Amy were so wonderful. They have an amazing customer service. Have to train how to have the best customer service to the morning shift Manager.
