We stayed at Crossroads Hotel at the beginning and end of our honeymoon, either side of our safari tour. It is very well located and easily accessible by taxi from the airport, and the rooms are very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely accommodating and welcoming, giving us a complimentary upgrade and decorating the room with roses for our honeymoon - they really went above and beyond, doing far more than many of the much more expensive hotels we stayed at for our safari tour. They also prepared an early breakfast for us both mornings as we were leaving very early, ensuring we went away with extremely generous helpings of pastries, coffee and fruits. Highly recommended for a stay in Nairobi.

Great time to safari with a great staff to handle your accommodations and requests. Very incredible lodge and the view is unlike any other lodge due to height and location.

Food staff were slow and non attentive. Room was clean but having the windows open during the day allowed for insects/mosquitos. Having the Country Club attached to the hotel was wonderful. Massages were great. Food at the Country Club was lovely as was the atmosphere. We enjoyed Country Singer entertainment one night.
