“ We love Jennifer's vacation home. It was clean, comfortable and fully equipped. We unpacked and felt right at home. Located across the street from the water with free use of paddle boots and kanus. Wifi, TV, books and games were also available. Check-in was easy and Jennifer kept asking that we needed anything else. We enjoyed our time and will be back in spring 2026. Thank you Jennifer for the wonderful care, we'll see you again in May...”

“We loved our stay in this beautiful, modern, clean cabin with wonderful outdoor spaces, right on the Big Cypress River. The beds were super comfy and there was plenty of sofa space for our group of 7. Location was ideal too--a quick and easy 10 min drive to Caddo Lake State Park, and Marshall was a quick 30 minute trip for groceries and Starbucks. Highly recommend and hope to visit again in the future!”

“It was just like the pictures said. Right when i opened the door, I noticed how clean it was and how good it smelled. When you think about a house boat, you think, musky,lake smell. No, it was the opposite. My internet worked perfect, they provided me with wi-fi password. A/C worked perfect. I didnt know i was on a boat houseuntill a boat zooming by us with large waves. I will be staying again.the communication was good, it does take a moment to get back with you but thats normal life. They have……

“The Cozy Cabin met our needs with comfortable soft beds and a functional kitchen. It was easy to find and is very close to a couple of boat launches which was perfect for us. There is plenty of parking and it even has a level RV site with an electric hookup. Jennifer (the host) was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again.”

“The entire process from checking in to check out was very simple and convenient. The house was as advertised and very clean. The only concern we had was a one inch hole in the floor at the entrance, but we covered it while we were there and had no issues. Communication with the tenants was easy and very professional. It was a very good experience overall!!”
